Red, There is a pair of bus stations at the border (see above). I suspect anyone selling you tickets near the taxi corral/2nd turnstyle is selling tickets for these bus stations (angle right to 2nd turnstyle). These are ABC and one other I forget. Many locals crossing on the $1.25 buses from the US must be using these bus stations. They get off at the taxi corral stop just over the border. You can also get there on city buses from revo and 3rd I think. Buses say "linea" for border at $0.50.
