Two is pretty much my usual number. I live 2 hours away so I feel I have to take advantage while I am there. On occasion I do three(with a little help from viagra) but this is rare and is pretty much diminishing returns. I have been considering just doing one and taking advantage of an Aztec massage. They are very cost effective even if you don't get a release.
