I suggest buying it on the way in. I've bought them at the pharmacies by the taxi stand. As your walking in, go to the turnstiles on the right as opposed to walking straight to the taxi stand and you'll find a few pharmacies and taxi's. I've found them much cheaper then going to the pharmacies on Rev or Constitution.
