I'm not local by any means... I'm an East Coaster who will be in SD for a business trip during the first week of April. (lucky me) I have thought about driving into Mexico in a rental car (with Mexican insurance) and I haven't ruled it out. Is there decent parking in Ensenada that's close to everything? Thanks for the input!
