Fetishes is a new club in the totally tourist part of TJ that was built within the past decade. It is upstairs in one of the buildings between the border crossing and the pedestrian bridge, and usually has barkers out front. I just had to stop for one or two last beers before I walked back across to the US, and thanks to the gorgeous black-haired dancer, it was worth it (from a tittie-bar perspective!)
