Sure there is a bar fine, at least for my fave. I usually pick her up 1/2 way thru her day shift and SHE gives the manager (he was also the MC Sunday afternoon) $10 because she's leaving early. AB is a business and she is an employee. From what I understand, if they leave early, a fine is required. Yeah, I'm bragging a bit, she pays, but she knows I'm a generous man who appreciates her friendship.
