The article mentioned a number of things, including having 30 additional bilingual police patrolling revolution and cleaning up the streets (of trash) in the zona norte..it didn't actually state what time the clubs would be allowed to stay open until, but "extra hours" sounds like 6AM to me. This is all apparently due to Mexico's financial crises and the hardship the shortened hours were placing on the establishments.
