I avoid CC, I don't like the high prices there. AB I also tend to avoid, since the chicas charge a bit of a premium for gringos. I do hang out at Bar Tropical and Chaveles, always searching for that (cheap) GFE. I will occasionally hang at Hacienda, which has a somewhat better variedades than Carreta. In a pinch, I will also do Miami. And I do set foot in Adelitas, although the insistence by the chicas that I go to the room with them in 30 seconds is annoying. I will also invest in a SG, but rarely. I tend to get a room at the hotel Cascadas for the night, and search for a lovely chica to help me sleep at the end of the night. I set foot in El Pelicano last weekend, maybe for the last time.
