...in La Zona is that there are no hard and fast rules. It depends on the guy, AND the chica. I suspect many factors come into play here. I have had that happen at CC, where we were allowed to leave with no bar fine. However, I have seen the SAME chica, when "in trouble" with management, get told she CANNOT leave, even thou I was offering to pay the bar fine! I have had chicas give me the $20 to bar fine them, and leave with them, only to get dropped off around the corner. And I have had waiters there sneak chicas out to meet me around the corner. As I say, the only rule is there are no rules...
