Get yourself the cheapest pre-paid cell phone you can find in tijuana.You could have slept as late as you wanted. If she really wanted to go out she would call you.So spend the 60 or 70 bucks for the phone and buy a 100 peso card every now and then.Its also great because if you have a regular girl she can get in touch with you during the day you first arrive,so you got something going on while waiting to hit the bars at night.
