Mexico for some other country where the government can legislate a new agenda and actually get the citizenry to pay attention to it. Government in Mexico does not = we make laws and ya'll follow 'em. Government in Mexico = we sit on our asses and siphon big $ out of ya'll muthafuckas into our private bank accounts, and as long as you don't make a revolution or something like that, we'll letcha keep on doin' exactly what ya been doin' and won't send in the army to kill everybody, 'cause long as we gettin' paid, we don't give a fuck what ya'll do. Yeah, yeah, I know Foxey claims to wanna change all this, but if he ain't with the program and tries to make Mexicans follow new laws that break their economic backs *and* fuck with tradition, somebody'll solve that problem for him, and quick. I sure ain't bettin' *my* farm on TJ closin' down tomorrow.
