The weather is variable in NL, and this year it's been colder than usual. When it's cold, even the SG's don't really bundle up, instead keeping warm when outside with little buckets of burning charcoal; but even inside THEIR rooms it's decently warm. The real temperature issue for ME is in the summertime (and often even the spring and fall), when it can be VERY hot. The SGs only have fan and you can be drenched in sweat in minutes; and even in the clubs, where there is AC, the chicas often tend to like it fairly warm and I find myself sweating a whole bunch there too. So for me, the colder it is out, the better. As for college kids--I was there last year the saturday in the middle of March and it was no big deal, lots of chicas as per usual and no huge overload of guys.
