Why don't you go in to the tijuana police department and ask them if there is anywhere in the city where prostitution is legal? It is not. We are all lucky that the bar owners spread the bribes around very generously.You think if you can bribe a cop to let you go on drunk driving that the same guy would have the nuts to shut down Adelitas?
