Like I said before the Federal Government of the United States has no anti-prostitution laws. Therefore prostitution is legal in any place that were STATE governments have not enacted anti-prostitution laws. ALL 50 states have anti-prostitution laws. As far as I know the STATE of Nevada is the only state that has decriminalized prostitution in specific areas of the state. So....Yes prostitution is certainly illegal in at least 49 of the 50 United States of America. I am not questioning any statutes against prostitution. I am asking the question “Are there really any such Statutes in Mexico?” and so far you are failing to reference a single one. |
