It's a pretty nice little hotel.they built a hell of a pier at thier beach.$39 dollars a night gets a room ,a couple of drinks ,and dinner for two.There is a bus station on the corner of coahulia and one block towards the border from constitution that takes you to Rosarito for seven pesos.Runs fairly often and has a station directly across the street from the Rosarito Beach hotel.When it runs back to TJ they go down the hill on constitution making for easy zona departure.
