ok, let me rephrase this. The fact that I could not ship used clothing through Federal Express made me wonder if Mexican law has stipulations about bringing in clothing that are designed to protect their manufacturing. I would not want to get caught up in some bullshit related to that. Anybody know if there are restrictions specifically realted to clothing and in particular women's dresses ? Also what is the percentage of value that you need to pay if you declare them. I might pay so as to not risk loosing them. They do have decent value.
