Every choice we make is like a little thread. When we make another choice it leads us off to another thread. All the threads eventually lead to death, some sooner than later. So we just do the things we like, make ourselves as happy as possible, and hope for the best. We can do no more. Afterall, we could be killed driving down to TJ (especially if you're like me and you're speeding down there ;-). Then you could say if you weren't such a monger, you'd still be around. One of the attitudes I used to have that has been smashed by my visits to TJ is the distinctly American belief that all things connected with sex are evil and dirty. The very word "prostitute" in American lexicon conjures up images of filthy, ugly, drug-addicted women standing under dim streelights on crime-ridden streets. Or images of a mindless monger humping like an animal while the woman looks off into space indifferently, wondering if she can get away will stealing his wallet. Hardly my image of TJ. My attitudes have undergone a huge change through my TJ days. What a different perspective on life there is. Is anyone else amazed by the maturity these girls exhibit? As for falling in love with a working girl, I still come to the startling conclusion that most of these girls are among the finest I have had the pleasure to know. Many of them are marriage material, and would likely make good wives. Most seem to be genuinely appreciative of men that are simply nice to them. If I had some extra lives, I would use one to marry one of my favoritas.
