If I'm reading the statute correctly, it looks like owners and operators of clubs like El Pollo and Tropical would be criminally liable for encouraging the underagers to engage in fichera activity...since leading a minor to alcohol is one of the "corruption" categories. And guess what? That means that those of us buying drinks for 17 year olds have potential criminal liability. This is not surprising since we'd have liability for the same act in the U.S.
