I think you are misunderstanding the other mongers. I believe they are trying to say they've spent a lot of effort during the night to find the right chica to go upstairs with. They are not going to risk bad feelings because of 10-20 dollars. I agree that if you have bad vibes with the chica downstairs it will most likely end in a bad session if you decide to go upstairs. What these mongers are trying to avoid is the bad vibes.
