I had the opportunity to hang out for a little while with some amigos at the new HK last night. The place is a little narrow, small, and the music a little loud, but the concept is great. They had free beer from the opening at 8 until 10 and also featured non-stop dancers on an elevated stage. There were a few hotties--some veterans from Trop and Miami, but only a couple ex HK veterans. The waiters also pushed $20 lap dances...why do that with Cascadas right upstairs. Still, it would probably be fun as a warmup if the vibe was right with a chica. IMO, Miami and HK were looking pretty good as far as talent compared with Miami just a few weeks ago. Definitely worth checking out. The non-stop American music at HK was a welcome reprieve from the Mexican music next door. HK is back...schweeet! Celtics
