I'd venture to guess that they've been there...you just didn't peg them as teeny-boppers. I would have gone on believing that Alexis was 21ish until she confessed to me she was 17. AND...NO...it's not what I was looking for because I had just expressed to her my displeasure with the fact that there was a 15 year old there at the same time. Alexis stayed with me for at least 2 more hours after her confession...and my confession is that I didn't mind at all!
