Just got back from the doctor. The doc believe my rash is a bacterial skin infection. The doc said if I didn't have any little blisters forming by now, it's not herpes. He thought it was a simple skin infection, treatable with antibiotics.

In my opinion, I bet I picked up some nasty bacteria from the chica two days earlier. I didn't think she was very clean, and the timing is just too coincidental, but I can't prove it was related to her. Unfortunately, this is not something you see until you're up there naked with her. Her clothes and appearance were clean. So it looks like I dodged the bullet again. But I feel a little bit less lucky these days. If the chica had something worse, I would have it now. I've decided to cut back on mongering, at least for a while. If I eventually go back, I will probably just stick with my tried and trues, and not venture too far off the beaten path. I was also quite surprised at some of the revelations on the STD board in the men's health section. I know there's STDs in the zona, but I thought they were quite rare, and usually only for those who engage in condomless activities (which I never do). I'm really starting to reassess whether it's worth the risk. How many chicas are you going to go with? Maybe it's time to find other means of entertainment. There are lots of other things to do in TJ, and I've just been going nuts lately, hitting the zona every week. So I will be taking a break, at least until I get past this unpleasant experience.

Be careful out there. Don't take unecessary risks.
