I have not used and am not endorsing this site, but I ran across it a while back when checking out Cuba info. I have not been to Cuba, but it has crossed my mind. This link will at least help to find hotel names and prices of places to stay in various Cuban cities. Prices are for 2000, but probably very close, and they appear to be good deals.
