I don't mean to sound like the big joker, but have you tried the TJ Post Office, they rent boxes there. I don't know of any stores like Mail-Boxes ETC, nor have I seen any of them in my travels around TJ, but I'm sure if you check with their websites you might get lucky and find one in TJ.
