Of course if you haven't road-tested the chica previously, and the experience is less than desired, you've then blown your whole budget and are screwed. So there are 2 possibilities - if you find a tried-and-true chica who has provided good service to you previously, then it might be worth spending your whole budget on her for one long session. Alternatively you could do several street chicas with the same amount of dinero, and get one or two good times out of it. Either strategy could work. Obviously your strategy partly depends on how much time you are spending in the zone, and if you are staying over in TJ, if your budget also has to cover room for the night, food, etc.
