...like Americans. Remember this is Mexico we are talking about. Liability law in Mexico simply does not exist in the form that we (spoiled) Americans have come to accept it. If it did, I would be a millionaire simply based on the sidewalks between CC and AB. Their legal system makes assumptions that you are responsible for your own health and safety. Even in cases where a U.S. Court would not have a question about liability, in Mexico it would never make it in to court! This includes both the case of a guy catching an STD (you took the risk) AND the case of the girl getting pregnant (she took the risk). Child support laws (again, as WE know and love them in the U.S.) simply do not exist in Mexico.
