I've had the grind and twist before. Let me tell you my friend it was hell on my unit. No pleasure what so ever. I was really concerned that my unit would break! Not kidding. It was about 8 months ago with a pregnant short AB chica. Since she was pregnant the only position was her on top and her grinding and doing the twist.
