Captain, You shouldn't have any trouble with a threesome. I am certainly no expert but last summer in CC I was going up with Erika from Cancun and as we were making our way through the crowd to go upstairs, she asked me if I wanted another girl with her. I politely declined but I think one of her "buddies" signaled her to check out the threesome possibilities. I think you should find the girl of your liking and during your negotiations, tell her you would like a threesome. My bet is that she'll smile and have another girl ready in less than a NY second. As far as the viagra goes, I don't know where it's cheapest ( check the archives, there has been lots of discussion here and on RS) but I'm pretty confident you can buy it w/o a prescription.
