The restaurant next door to Hotel Cascadas/Miami (Tres Garcias) will make you 'hotcakes', 3 biggns too, for 2.75 or so. Mantequilla and miel included. They come out pretty thick and a little harder than I'd like, but maybe if somebody starts ordering them besides me they'll get better at making them??? The REAL miel though is watching the honeys come in to order at the bar. Also, I don't know if it's there all the time, but I have seen a stand on Constitucion very close to Hacienda that cooks up pancakes on the spot. Tomas tried them and said they were quite good.
