Sounds like you're all over the board. My sense is that if HIV and migration patterns (correlates) are high on your list (as your proposal seems to indicate) then I'd concentrate heavily on say the Little Coahuila chicas, the SGs, on the one hand, and CC and AB girls on the other. Even among the former you're going to have to break it down, at a minimum, between those on drugs (desperate and more likely to be infected), and the rest. As I note elsewhere, would be surprised if you find the HIV in the CC and AB girls. The migration issue is more complex and here what you need to find out is why the street girls aren't working in the clubs; for some it's looks, for some it's their very traditional values--they just won't give a bj and that will just about keep them out of the clubs, from what I can tell. Also the street girls are a lot less "sophisticated." MOre her, but the point is, I think the migration angle is a thin link, tho seemingly major in your proposal.
