When I went all I needed was my birth certificate, so I guess your passport is fine. They give you some paperwork. From L.A. on the plane, from t.j. it was before boarding.Check out Guadalajara del dia and Comanche(two hooker bars), However I went about 4 years ago, dont know the scene now.All in all nothing beats Tijuana from my point of view.In tijuana its wall to wall bars, in gdl you may have to taxi from one to another and there aren.t as many.
