Interesting, but as any consumer research expert can tell you, the fact that you were able to see the providers, and know who was doing what, while the service was being provided could result in you unconsciously coloring your opinions with your preconceived notions. You really need to get a larger (so to speak) sampling of girls, and have services performed while blindfolded, with a research assistant tracking your assessments, and mapping the assessments to the providers (aka relevant stakeholders).
