I would say in general that most working chicas don't want to orgasm is true but a few chicas I've been with have "gone through the extra energy expenditure" necessary to orgasm. I would disagree with your reason of why. I think it has more to do with having a orgasm is very tiring afterwards rather than chicas being lazy.
