obviously that isn't true. Have you ever heard of police planting drugs on a innocent person? How the hell are you going to prove to the drugs aren't yours especially if you do not speak Spanish that well. Even if you could prove it most people would rather pay a small "donation" to the corrupt pigs then go through all the hassle. I guess you are a friend of Porker.
