...a hotel you want to "stay" at. You (probably) won't get a room key, it has no heat (or A/C), and it is noisy. Like the bed vibrates till the bar closes kinda noisy. The sole purpose of getting a room is to save on the multiple session room fee's of $11 per half hour, and to avoid a knock at the end of said half hour.
