while following a friend that has never been to mexico i told him to cross the border first just in case. well he did not know what the red light was for and kept going. he was then pulle over at gunpoint by a fiscal federal (customs). i will agree that it is rare but not as rare as you think. sometimes they dont notice sometimes they do. do you want to be the guy getting pulled over at gunpoint by a guy that may or may not be trained sufficiently? you would probably know how to deal with it but i have met alot of mongers that might panic and get hurt or in more trouble. just my informed opinion.
