Mercado Hidalgo is on the left side of Sanchez Taboada just before the intersection with Independencia coming from the border or downtown. It's basically a bunch of fruit stands located around a central parking lot. You may spend quite a while looking for each other unless you arrange a more specific meeting point there. |
