As many of the people in the Zona can be if you're not lining their pockets often enuff. The girls he's doing you a favor by hooking you up with are girls he is getting a kickback from. After he gets that big tip from YOU he cleans up on both ends. Maybe everyone wins here, but you end up paying extra to your 'buddy'. You do get that all important Willy seal of approval, though... PIMPIN' AIN'T EASY!!! I have had several run-ins with the guy, mostly over him trying to squeeze people into my party's table because we are ordering drinks from other waiters. At least when they do this to you at CC they try to be polite about it. He demands that you make room and threatens to throw you out -- like he has the power to do it on his own authority when I have a tableful of drinks in front of me and minding my own bidness. I don't take shit from waiters. He has also ripped off a friend of mine with incorrect change when he thought the guy was too drunk/enamored of his chica to count it. When I went and got the manager he played dumb and started looking on the floor like he had dropped the rest of the change. I know what kind of guy he is and he KNOWS I know what kind of guy he is, yet he still is cordial to me and I still will order from him occasionally. I am not surprised Sr. Willy has occasional problems with the gerencia.
