That you THINK it's illegal for non-Mexicans to work in the Zona Norte and you THINK that Club owners would be scared to hire them anyway. The FACT is that several HAVE and WILL and even supposing you are right that there is some arcane xenophobic protectionary restriction against an influx of foreign hookers working on Mexican soil, what exactly is the government agency that is responsible for the enforcement and WHY AREN'T THEY STOPPING THEM? I will give you my OPINION: BECAUSE NOBODY GIVES A SHIT! My OPINION as to why aren't there more gringas working in the sex trade in Tijuana? Because a) they don't know about it b) are intimidated by the foreign environment c) don't wanna do sucky fucky for $40. Do any of these sound as plausible as the 'they're afraid of the big bad Mexican green card police???' The gringas that I have actually seen make a go of it were a sad lot, but they also have completely assimilated into the Mexican language and culture. Just because YOU haven't seen them around doesn't mean they don't exist. Pulling your head out of your ass once in awhile may be what it takes to notice them. At least then yours would be INFORMED opinions that you could try to pass off as fact.
