El_Cochino, It is illegal for gringos to work in TJ without proper authorization. It is also illegal for Mexicans to work in the USA without a proper visa. Just because such work is illegal doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Your gringas working in TJ either are doing so illegally, or else have a Mexican background (ie born in Mexico, moved to the USA at a young age and thus seem to be Americans). |
