Might I suggest you submit this for publication? If nothing else it will generate a hell of an interesting dialogue in the letters column at least for a few weeks. (Often, the most interesting part of that newspaper.) Letters can be submitted to letters@sdreader.com The instructions in the paper say to include name, address, and telephone number, but I have seen letters printed "name withheld", so perhaps they will print a letter from an anonymous source, given the rather sensitive nature of the content.
