SE's post was excellent, but does not always apply in Mexico or AB, CC. Having lived around the globe, I've learned that everybody is different. IMO Horndogg's way, if done across the board, is not the best for optimal experience either. It simply depends on the situation and who you are dealing with. Doing business with a HC or the CC Alcove babe of yesteryear who is USED to getting $60 as a matter of course may not be impressed by somebody's insistence on bargaining during peak hours, for example. She probably won't disrespect you, but probably won't respect you more either, especially if this is the foundation of your new "relationship" with her. Many of the HC chicas are relatively savvy big city chicas, not the rancheritas found working the street. The hot bar chica is used to making lots of money (to them and most customers) quickly and may not care about your desire to save $10 (much less $40!), whether you like it or not. Now, if you befriend them, get them to enjoy your company, THEN tell them with a smile that you only have X amount of money but you'd really like to go with them, they may come down happily...maybe. But not because you bargained them down up front. It will be because they WANT to do business with YOU. In this case, first things first means to know who you are dealing with and the way THEY do business. Just depends on the chica, the situation (is it slow, busy, day of week, time of day, bar, etc...?), maybe even where they hang in the bar, how they are dressed. One of my favorite women in all the world opened our first time together with, "$60 for me, $10 for the room?"! Some of my most valued time spent with ANY woman has been with her, and worth every dime! Man, it's getting hot in here... :) And yet, there is the example found in the book called Flow, an excellent book that details the steps toward enhancing the quality of life. The author gives the example of a shop keeper in New York who was originally from eastern Europe (I believe) who was approached by a very American woman who wanted to buy a rare item from his store. She wanted to buy it very badly and told him she'd pay some ridiculously high fee in cash. The disgusted shopkeeper refused the windfall income and sent the perplexed lady on her way. When asked why, he replied that her offer took the enjoyment out of the bargaining process and he refused to do business this way!
