Dude, why is it so hard to understand that somebody might LIKE to speak different languages, and even different dialects of the same language, dependin' on how they feel, what part of 'em they wanna express, etc.? That somebody might have different personas, be different people all wrapped up in one body, and wanna express that? That somebody might want their persona on this board to reflect more of their persona in the zona--that is, who they are at PARTY TIME and when they just kickin' it? That (and no comment on the ugly implications of this statement from you, or on the 'Br'er Rabbit' bullshit--you just showing ya age there, oldtimer) there might be ALL kinds of people "with more than half a brain" that talk and write like I write, and not like you write? That somebody might be unsatisfied with tryin' ta fit into just YOUR one little paradigm as to how to 'dialogue'? That somebody might think that different ways a talkin' express different ways of BEING? Might be hard to understand except in the abstract if you don't speak more than one language--but speakin' Spanish turns you into SOMEBODY DIFFERENT, and speaking French turns you into SOMEBODY DIFFERENT from that, and speaking schoolhouse English turns you into SOMEBODY DIFFERENT again, and speaking street English turns you into SOMEBODY DIFFERENT one mo time. I talk like I talk here 'cause that expresses part of who I am, and who I wanna be here, just like I can talk like you when I wanna express ANOTHER part of who I am, or talk in French, both scholar French and street French, depending on which person I wanna be. The world is like that now, dude--there's lotsa people out there from all kinds a crazy, mixed-up backgrounds and heritages, and they all mixed-up just like me. You can get used to 'em, or ya can keep demandin' that they be just like you in order ta 'dialogue' wit 'em. Your choice.
