Never heard of a board that specializes in CR. Besides the good information that has been posted in the Discus section on this board you might want to look at www.tsm.com also. It is a pay site and covers the entire world but especially Latin America and SE Asia. Not only are there lots of posts about CR but they have an active section of guys who are traveling there at any one time if you are looking for someone to hook up with. Good luck.
