Redongdo, It DID seem a little bit out of the way. I asked the cabbie to take us to El Taurino...he took us WAAAY out East of downtown- to a hotel called something like Hot-EL Terranova! Now I know my Espanol es muy mal, but when he pulled over to let us out...I said "Whatinnahell is this?" "Es tu Hotel, senor. El Terranova. Es un de el mas mejor en Tijuana". Well THAT was bullshit, as we could see a car fender and a door to a Ford Mustang sitting up on a balcony (next to one that had a load of laundry hanging out, getting soaked from the rain). He also indicated that the hotel had some "muchas chicas bonitas" working there. Hmmm. When I told him "Quiremos EL TAURINO, un restaurante on Seis, acerca de Revolution." He said "Oh." And dropped us two blocks from the front door. Close enough, I guess. Anyway, that's when we passed WestFargo. So, being so far from ZN and even from Ave. Rev, I take it that it's mostly frequented by locals. How gringo friendly is the crowd? Is it a dance club or a hooker bar (or both)? If the latter, Where do the chicas do their biz? Thanks, RoadHawg
