in Congress over whether to "trade" with China for the practical benefits of international trade to everyone or "bash" them because their "morality" is different than ours. Given that this is a question intelligent leaders disagree on at the national level, I doubt any of us has the one and only correct answer. Which leads me to think that more tolerance of opposing views and a vigorous but respectful debate is more useful than hot-headed personal attacks, ridicule, and harassing. Regards, |
