I have had 2 dinners or rather lunches at ceasers on the outside part. Both experiences sucked horribly. although there were only 3 tables with people at them i had to ( after 25 minutes) drag a waitress over to my table and then one time ordering the ceaser salad and a beer it took over an hour to get it. the other time I had a mexican dinner plate which was terrible with the same wait. I hated this place. The strip club i liked though.
