Thanks for the "shopping" tip, sheetwise. That's a good one. In hindsight, I think I could have held out for less $$$, but at the time I couldn't bear the thought of not being with her for the rest of my time in TJ. She was supposed to work that night, so the $150 I originally offered would in effect be taking money out of her pocket. At least that's how I rationalized it. Once I establish a connection with a chica, I tend to fall pretty hard, and then the cash disappears quickly. I need to work on that. Capn Dave |
