I hope you know that I am not talking about chili dogs!!! Anyway, my wife's side of the family is from Mexico City (where I have been several times), where they are notorious for eating hot, spicy food. Los nortenos, I am told, are not much into chili. Since most of the mexicans I know personally are from Mexico City, my comments are a little biased regionally! YMMV may vary with people from other regions. Kendricks
