Hay muchas palabras... ( There are many words...)
Back when I was just learning Spanish, I constantly looked up words in the dictionary (well, truth is...I still do...) and I came across the word "paulatinamente" which is an adverb meaning "slowly". I thought, man, I gotta remember this one,...so....
Una vez (one time) I was doin' the big nasty con mi favorita and she was windin' into un ritmo muy rapido. ( goin' at it hard and fast) and I was into a slower "build" so I said "Mas paulatinamente!" She stopped completely, looked at me with those big, soulful brown eyes and said "Que te dices?" (What did you say?) and I said again, "Paulatinamente..."
"Slowly?" she said, and then she started to laugh. "Mas despacio." (More slow) would've been the more common word to use, or "Menos rapido" (Less rapid). Anyhow, it was rather amusing at the time.
Another one I get a kick out of using, when adjusting their position on the bed,is "Necesito mas apalancamiento!" (I need more leverage!)
